I've taught as an adjunct for 8 years at five colleges across upstate and MVCC was by far the most difficult teaching experience each and every semester. There's a lack of support for new employees at every level. You won't be able to sign a contract until the semester starts which means there's no guarantee on your employment. Look forward to having your class cancelled or reassigned to a full timer. There's reasons why they are continuously hiring adjuncts...
