Pros

Full of energy and excitement. The company is dedicated to building the best technology and keep up with the fast pace of mobile. Flexible, relaxed office environment. Maintaining a clear focus on the product and business that we want to grow helps bring the team together.

Cons

Growing from a scrappy start-up to an enterprise grade SAAS business can be a challenge, particularly for product cycles and the "speed to market" versus "robust QA with regression testing". Maintaining two separate lines of business can be a challenge.

Pros

- The people: from Sr Management on down everyone is motivated, intelligent, helpful, and easy to work with. I recently had to deal with a serious family medical issue, and the understanding and flexibility I was shown throughout that time truly went above and beyond what I would expect from a company. - The office: I’ve spent time in the New York and Los Angeles offices, and they both feel more like an apartment than an office. I can’t stand sterile corporate spaces, so the setup is perfect for me. Plus the LA office is just a few blocks from the Pacific ocean, you can't beat a walk to the beach on your lunch break! The benefits: the big things, like healthcare, are covered, but there are so many little perks that make this company feel special. We always have a well-stocked kitchen, and the Healthy Mojiva incentives are fantastic!

Cons

It's still a young company, so at times I put in more than 40 hours a week. I generally don't mind, though, because it feels more like give and take.
