Pros
Creatively there is always something to work on and its all different. I am able to work from home or work at the store as needed which is nice. Your input is always valued and taken into consideration when working on projects.
Cons
The work & life balance can become a little strained at times due to understaffing. This is a very small team and the workload can become overwhelming at times. Many times you will have to be ready to work in areas outside your own which can become overwhelming as well.
