Pros
Nice equipment and clean tidy atmosphere. Good balance between work and life hours. Not to to late to change this company into a leader if they hired proper experienced staff from the top level down.
Cons
No training was given even though i asked my supervisor numerous times, he guarded his position very well and was scared because of my background in the mould making industry. Supervisor took credit of my suggestions to many times. l tried to switch positions and within 2 weeks i was laid off after 2 years of giving 100 percent. Supervisor is still employed at mold masters.
