      Pros

      Close to home and some good co-workers.

      Cons

      They say what is happening and going to happen but there is no truth behind it. To much bluffing in front of the media to impress governments at several levels. Massive cleanups demanded just prior to every tour. The truth is hidden from the public. Lots of rules with no enforcement so they are not followed by anyone including supervisors and managers.

      -People are really nice and amazing -They are willing to give you more opportunities if you work for it -Small number of employees, so very much like a family environment -Very lenient and understanding upper management

      -Pay is average -The location is very snowy in the winters
