Being constantly watched from the support office (upstairs) by senior management. Micromanaging. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians! Minimum wage for heavy work (no manual handling training) Pulled up for talking! Do well if your face fits/you're in the circle. More you do the less you're thought of. High staff including manager turnover.
