Pros

Cable, Hardware and interconnect company trying their hand at solution engineering. Pretty much a startup environment with good learning opportunities.

Cons

1. There are many managers compared to people who actually does the work and they built in opaqueness in their ways of working. 2. They try their best to sell themselves as a Koch company. But in reality it is very much a ordinary company trying to etch as much work as possible from each employee. 3. No such thing as work life balance. Too much work and too little time. Meetings will be held on vacation days, before and after working hours because it's a MNC. 4. Benefits are not great, but whatever you get when you join is what you may have for next few years.

Pros

It's hard to point out

Cons

The IT org is imploding with many competant leaders leaving over the last year. The leadership is trying hard to communicate that this is not due to poor retention, one of the 3 highest priorities is talent and they're failing. The roadmap does not seem well thought out. There's a high number of middle managers and not enough ICs. No raises or bonuses for years even though you're a high performer on paper. The corporate politics culture is extremely widespread, no work gets done unless you know people. Top IT leaders fail to speak with clarity and difficult to get behind the vision.
