Pros

- Smart cohort to work with - Nice office location - Good problems/ challenges to work with - Tech stack is latest - Nice perks

Cons

- Senior level management is inexperienced and clueless on how to keep the teams motivated and have a clear vision for the future - Favouritism is rampant, what matters is how loud you shout, not how much impact you are making. - Career growth path recently defined is a joke, basically makes you more hopeless than motivated/ - High turnover because management can't keep talented people engaged. - Diversity and inclusion doesn't end with hiring different demographics, it's also about creating a inclusive culture.

Pros

Working as a People Operations working student at Mollie can be a really positive experience if you enjoy being close to people, processes, and the day to day rhythm of a growing company. What stands out most is the chance to learn a lot in a short time. You get exposure to real People Operations work, which helps you understand how HR processes, employee experience, and internal support all come together. It is a role where you can build practical skills that are useful far beyond the job itself. Another big plus is the environment. Mollie tends to feel fast paced, modern, and collaborative, so you are not just doing repetitive tasks. You are often trusted with meaningful work and get to see how your contribution supports the wider team. That can make the role feel rewarding and motivating.
