Employee Experience is Bad - Anonymous employee Momentive Software Employee Review

Very little pros. Company is compilation of many small software companies and management that does not know how to get everything together. My company has been part of this for 18 months and still there is no plan for our products and what products the company is going to sell. So, we have no sales! Continually telling us how much they care for employees but it is only words. Employees feed insulted, degraded and not valued at all. New positions are posted on website and to the public and existing employees are not even notified. There is feeling that locations will be closing soon.
