Tremendous flexibility and work-life balance Good technologies to work on for some of the projects, I would say 60% of the product development teams are working on the latest technologies No politics -- Neither management level nor within teams
Cons
HR presence is negligible It is said that in terms of policies US and India teams are at par but it is not the ground reality. US has 11 holidays versus India office has 8 holidays US teams get Merit Salary Increase on time but MSI Cycle for India is skipped US HR has better communication as compared to India. Common meetings like All hands are kept at 11.30 PM for India which is not very convenient. People are asked to work in shifts for some projects At least do not portray that US and India teams are equivalent. Also salaries are not at par with industry though new hires are getting paid well.
