      Pros

      There are no pros, greedy and shady business practices.

      Cons

      -Low pay -Unstable Product (continuously breaks), outdated features -Business practice is to oversell & bill client but never deliver, very unethical. -The entire management is white, no respect for diversity and they will never pronounce your name right no matter how many times you correct them. Zero regard. -No work-life balance -Turnover -Their strategy is to buy companies and create horrible product offerings.

      Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
