Pros
- Lots of opportunity to get exposure/experience in various businesses - Great cross departmental/business unit collaboration - Flexible work environment, with realistic work life balance - Real opportunity to make meaningful impact on a growing business - Approachable leadership, awesome teammates
Cons
- Still growing pains in bringing businesses together. It can seem disjointed at times but that is the nature of how the business was formed through acquisition. - It is a big company but requires a start up mentality in many areas, so you need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves (not really a con but helps to be aware)
