Don’t do it since the TA acquisition and Management changed - Sales Momentive Software Employee Review

After constant acquisitions of newer parters without really working with and building relationships with already acquired parters. The job became harder to do properly in an over saturated market and no real value prop ro a lot of partnerships. They take away wfh days and they are used as a tool against you. They say they are supportive to accommodate and issues you may have , that are not. No work life balance. It became worse when we were acquired by another company and major changes were made that messed with our quota, verticals became non existent making us not dedicated to a specific field. Maki g it hard to be an expert as we are marketed to be i our field. Quotas for sales were doubled! We were not set up for success with the changes and constant communication that we were never doing enough. The atmosphere in th office is horrible .The current direction will lead to more layoffs and constant turnover. They promise you the world and d not set up or train you to achieve their monetary goals. Especially given th current economic climate and how it’s effecting us all. They just fire you. You are another number on there ever shrinking bottom line. Sad I would have loved to remain here for many more years.
