Pros

Colleagues were nice and helpful, because they knew management would be little to no help for new hires. Building was clean and modern.

Cons

Management had little to no answers/help for your questions. Quotas high, Base salary low. "Products" we were forced to sell were a lot of times of no value to customer. Had to deal with lots of backlash from upset customers with no return on investment. Felt bad selling these products to sometimes small mom and pop businesses. Customer service team regularly passed customers needing assistance off to sales and spun it as a "sales opportunity". Company overly concerned with amount of "activity" you do in a day as opposed to the quality of that activity. Management constantly listening in on our calls, reading our emails and tracking number of "Activities" completed. Don't get me started on the automated emails that went out to our customers on our behalf. Most of the time with misleading or inaccurate information that we would have to answer for. Nobody to cover for you when you go on vacation with their "Unlimited PTO" so you either work on your vacation, or come back to an insane amount of work and emails.

Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
