Pros
Working here has reminded me of why I went into healthcare in the first place. Compassion is something you don't always see—not only among patients, but also among personnel. I've been valued since day one, and there's a strong sense of teamwork here.
Cons
It can be emotionally draining at times, but the support system in place is extremely helpful. Some days are longer than others due to patient needs, but it's all part of the job and always feels worthwhile.
