I met some nice people over the year I worked there at a few different sites and gained some work experience in a production environment.
Cons
Heartbreaking job,alot of bullying from management to vulnerable employees.no respect.no matter how hard you work there is no appreciation.the salary is terrible and you have no life because you are expected to work 7days a week.the management are the most unprofessional "professionals" you could ever meet.im speaking on behalf of a lot of employees who would say all this and more.i left this job due to my colleague's getting severely bullied and manipulated.the site I worked at went through 3 supervisors in the space of 4 months.our wages were always short I mean always, i had to leave this job and i left on good terms with a reference because I worked hard for the year I was there so I made sure i got out on good terms before I cracked up and did something to throw my hard work away.
