Pros

Great co-workers, Benefits were okay but have seen better at other companies for the same type of job. A few of the past supervisors were great.

Cons

The pay was was pathetic and when ever it was brought up, was always told "It's the location"... they tend to forget that not everyone lives in Bartow County. Poor leadership, sloppy documentation and ideas were swept aside. Get ill, have medical issues, then forget it. Favoritism is, was rampant. Too many bosses even though some were not but acted like they were. An outage somewhere with some company that was supported, that broadband company would post on their Facebook on when they expected to be up and running, but we couldn't tell the customer that... go figure. Not sure why this call center is still running as they cannot keep good employees. They also put more emphasis on how long you were on the phone than whether you fixed the customer's problem or not. There were many days when too many calls came in and not enough people to handle the volume. Bottom line for me, worst job I had ever had.

+ Decent work culture + Manageable work load + Hybrid schedule

Cons

- Some team members do not pick up the slack, and seem to go unpunished - Micromanaging - Not a lot of career growth opportunities unless you are very favored or get lucky
