Pros

An opportunity to realize that there are still technical companies applying nineteen-eighties management applications. Good teamwork with the technical tiers due to the fact that they are on an island and have to depend on each other.

Cons

Low pay. Unorganized. Minimal training. Call center environment. Constantly reminded of how we are " buying out" other companies and well we are doing but not being compensated for the how we got there. Lack of integrity. Support team being completely disrespected and ignored. The only concern is the "numbers" at the end of the day, week, quarter and year.

+ Decent work culture + Manageable work load + Hybrid schedule

Cons

- Some team members do not pick up the slack, and seem to go unpunished - Micromanaging - Not a lot of career growth opportunities unless you are very favored or get lucky
