Pros
They will accept anyone as long as you speak or understand Cantonese or Mandarin. The facility has such high turnover rate, they will never find enough PSWs because everyone has other jobs.
Cons
As a fresh PSW, you are never allowed to talk back and expected to do more. If you do talk back, those who bully will never come help you in the following shifts (put you and your residents at risk of safety), they will also call you incompetent among all the frontline staff including RPNs and housekeepers.
