- Excellent team structure. The founders strive to incorporate all members of their staff to joining in business teams. Each department working hand in hand to growing Monaeo as an organization. - For a small team, their business processes are very efficient and are always up for new implementation to get to better efficiency if need be. - WeWork offices that Monaeo resides in are top of the line and provide a sense of community as well.

Some incredible talent at this start up, tho the 2 finance guys that ran it didn’t empower them.

It suffered multiple mass exoduses. The company never found its formula. I don’t recommend it. If you do work here make sur you get your package laid out and signed in writing before you join. And have a lawyer check everything, just trust me on this.
