Poor management - Investment Banking Associate Monal Capital Employee Review

1) the company is run by a person who was sacked and thrown out of his two previous companies (centrum and sun capital ) due to his poor performance. All he does is attending some conference and collecting visiting cards of guest and updates in his database ( just show off) 2) He doesn't have any real deal experience. Though he is a CA ( I doubt) he hasn't closed any deal. 3) All he does is trying to sign mandates from the client. 4) Walks inside the office in heels and making a sound (Tok Tok) 5) Poor salary to the execution team. He promises you something while joining and provides you smething different post joining.
