Pros
I have been working here at Monarch for over 2 years now. I started in the accounting position, moved into operations, and have now settled into a brokerage position. Monarch has been a plethora of knowledge and growth both personally and professionally. We have a hands-on CEO who knows everyones' name and is always present but never pressing. We have a wonderful leadership structure in place for each sales team, where an industry leader heads a group of brokers and helps guide them to success.
Cons
This is an industry that truly does not sleep. So there is a demand, as in any sales job, for you to make yourself available for your personal book of business. We have a global presence and in such must represent ourselves accordingly.
