A good company with good people - Sales Executive Monarch Ceramic Tile Employee Review

I've met some great people while working there.

Unless ownership has changed since 2010 its owned and run by a couple of punk Italian kids who's rich mommy and daddy wanted them out of there hair so bought them this tile factory to come to America with and play. they are very unprofessional, very immature punks. they stereotype the minority workers and are a little too friendly with the female workers. While the plant has cleaned up tremendously from when my mother worked there, the side show has gotten worse. the quality of tile and the moral of employees is at a low. The pay is decent as well as the advancement opportunity. With that being said some times the wrong people are advancing.

Fair salary, I did advance quickly. Before Mohawk, was a small company with a small company personality.

Since Mohawk has acquired, the inmates run the asylum. There is no order, structure, or self discipline among associates. Management plays games with secondary management.
