Pros

I think the only pro of working at Monarch are the residents. They will make your day.

Cons

Cons. Well let's say we can write a book on con's. Management says the same stuff over and over again in meetings. They make promises that are never completed. They do not help out when asked. DON could care less about her staff and uses excuses to help her management team not help out. One whole side is all bariatric and people work on the same side of the hallway more than once a week. Like hello! Talk about body alignment. Co-workers will be nice to you one day and then talk behind your back the next. But I guess that's everywhere. Kitchen staff is joke as they put THEIR work on us! As if we CNA's do not have other stuff on our plate. Also talk about your privacy! People testing positive for COVID and co-workers finding out about that! THAT IS A BIG NO! Just as the residents the employee have their right to privacy. So how is it that a person tested positive for COVID yesterday, notified management, and the next day half of the staff knows who it is. Sorry Monarch, but your "2020 vision" is nothing compared to what your team actual does behind the scenes.

Pros

Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

Cons

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

Pros

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

Cons

The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
