Pros
Pay, job security. If you're on the good side of management you can (that is the Dietary Director Karen can) force CNAs to feed residents food outside their dietary requirements (like not providing puree or mechanical soft diets) without her being looked at for a VA after you report it to management.
Cons
Understaffed. Massively overmangaged (simple decorative changes may have to pass up two management levels above the building). Constant bedsores and health issues for the residents because they staff to their "legal requirement" by undercounting the resident's needs.
