They will give anyone a job

Cons

They will give anyone a job the managers are bully’s they will never have your check correct you get hired for full-time and get part-time hours because they want to save money. The pay is very crappy. The building is outdated and falling apart. They treat the resident with the ultimate disrespect the care staff do not care. They don’t even have activities. They tell you not to talk to the resident or visitors and the family that come to visit. They treat their lower wage employees Like trash And the managers are liars and you are forced to work in un work environment and without proper equipment

Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

Cons

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

Cons

The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
