      My direct superior was great but over worked.

      Cons

      Superior stressed, both of us had impossible requirements and deadlines to meet. Betsy was brutal- about as brutal as they come.

      Work as a team with AR and AP, build strong relationships with BOD members who are often influential in the community.

      Cons

      BOD often does not understand MI Condo Act and you have to handle co-owner collections.
