Pros
Literally none. There are some good people there, who no doubt are all planning their exit strategies.
Cons
Toxic working environment with bullying and sexism everywhere. Very old fashioned working practises which aligns well with their backwards attitudes to staff. Upper management very out of touch with how to manage and run a business successfully. They equate profits to success only, which is great for them financially but not so great to every member of staff that has been treated terribly in order to grab every penny. Recent rebranding into the EIC Partnership can cover the cracks but not hide what a miserable working environment it really is. Those considering employment should seriously look elsewhere, this place is not worth your time.
