Pros
Good money, on some shifts
Cons
It is what you make it, I guess. The girls are all superrr cliquey it kind of felt like high school. The people you're serving sometimes suck - d0uch3y finance bros or tourists who speak 1 word of english and don't tip. The managers were nice as people, but I hated the management style. Felt really corporate and you could tell they would not give a f$%# about you. They have so many staff you will get 2 shifts a week if you're new, and they're the bad ones that make no money.
