Pros
The founders (Andy, Chris, and Erik) all genuinely care about their staff. One can work entirely remotely as most of the staff is outside of San Francisco proper, which is an amazing perk. The staff as a whole is extremely friendly and very good at their jobs. It was possibly my favorite job ever
Cons
Too many "cooks in the kitchen" when discussing new features (ie there can be 3 admins, marketing, Operations, and C-levels in meetings) and sometimes seem to "put a bandaid" on one-off problems within their Salesforce instance instead of setting up a process with one admin dictating the process. It's not a huge org, so having multiple admins solutioning in different ways can become challenging
