Pros

I have been working as a data scientist in Mondee under its healthtech vertical. We intially had a lot of uncertainty about the scope of project but we seem to have a stable timeline and plan given the management now understand the resources' capabilities better. Similarly, the current PMs are very humane when it comes to work-life balance and support learning as well as experimentation as long as it is aligned with the company's goals. You will be working on latest technologies which will definitely push your breadth and depth. Food is avalaible for free.

Cons

NO hybrid working mode, its all 5-day office. Similarly, the management sometimes push you to deliver under very tight timeline. Career growth is a little tricky as there is nor career progrssion plan inside the company. Salary is paid on 5th of month. No NPS support from Employers. If you are in a vertical which does not align wih your goals/skills, you will recieve project that your have to deliver in tight deadlines which will be scrapped or sit in silos, hence no impact. Food is always south-indian cuisine - I wish they could add more variety given they hire pan-india.
