Pros

You will likely learn a lot due to understaffing. You will have to juggle multiple different roles and will consequently pick up new skills, at the risk of burning out.

Cons

Compensation is significantly below industry standards relative to workload. Many roles require consistently handling the responsibilities of multiple positions at once, which leads to burnout and high turnover. When concerns about unrealistic expectations for workload are voiced, they are ignored or met with false promises of more support. Leadership culture is a major challenge. Feedback is not well-received and is often interpreted as negativity toward the company rather than an attempt to improve processes. This discourages transparency and makes it difficult to address real operational problems. The organization promotes being “data-driven,” however reporting tends to favor metrics that only show the company in a positive light, often leading to a false narrative. Concerns or contradictory information are often dismissed rather than evaluated objectively. Turnover is extremely high, especially among newer staff. Teams change constantly, making collaboration and long-term development difficult. The company heavily hires early-career employees, and expectations around workload and hours can be unrealistic for the compensation provided. Employees are encouraged to cut ties with anyone who leaves the company because that is seen as a betrayal of company culture. Processes and systems are archaic, and improvement ideas rarely move forward. Suggestions are frequently acknowledged but not implemented, with decisions reverting to “how it’s always been done.” There is also a strong hustle culture that encourages extended hours without meaningful additional compensation or recognition. Support functions and operational staff are often overlooked despite carrying significant workload behind the scenes. Finally, departures are not handled professionally. Notice periods will not be honored (I.e. if you provide notice, you will more than likely be let go immediately), and transitions can become uncomfortable, so employees should be prepared for their end date to change once notice is given.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
