Pros
I've had a great experience with Mondo as a contractor. I've only had one placement, but the interview process, the support during my contract and the help while I was negotiating to extend my contract were all well above expectations for working with an agency like this.
Cons
I don't have any cons, personally, but I do get them impression they're on the high-end $$-wise for the employer to work with.
