The environment at Mondo is amazing, you get the opportunity to work with like minded and successful people that want you to succeed as well. I've had an amazing learning experience at Mondo, and have really grown into the role that I was presented. I've had the opportunity to interact closely with our executive branch which is something many people that are my level of tenure cannot say! The open door policy really makes you feel like you are a part of the team. It's a hard job and an environment where you aren't working a 9-5 but that was never a problem for me! I can't wait to see where our new name takes us!
