      Pros

      Truly a place where what you put in equals what you get back- if you are willing to work hard you can make a ton of money and move up in the company incredibly quickly. CEO and VPs are always open to, and really want to hear, new ideas to grow the company and will help employees carve out their own career path. If you commit to the company and are willing to work your a** off, you will be recognized and rewarded! All around, a great place for a young person to jump start their career.

      Cons

      -Long hours, but thats what you get in a sales role -Management can micromanage quite a bit, which some people cant handle. -Definitely high stress

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
