Pros
I started out in the ISAM program right after graduation. I entered the program with zero experience in IT or sales and I was taught everything I needed to know to thrive. The ISAM program is fantastic as it teaches you business 101 and sets you up for a successful career as a sales rep. I have been an Account Director for a year and half and had an amazing experience! From day one you have the opportunity to own your own success. You build your own client relationships and close your own business. I was able to work with clients across all industries and be able to see what it's like at Fortune 500 companies including large financial institutions, media networks, pharmaceutical companies, among others. This job gave me a unique opportunity to learn how to qualify myself and my company to earn business and build relationships. I'm very appreciative of the opportunities that Mondo has given me and it is truly an amazing company to work for. I'm only leaving to follow my dream to work in China. Mondo is not a company, its a family. I genuinely enjoyed coming to work everyday and I've made friendships that will last a lifetime. That fact that everyone, including management, has been so supportive of my personal decisions and careers goals truly shows they only have your best interest at heart.
Cons
In order to succeed at Mondo you have to work hard and be motivated, sales is not for everyone. If you can handle a fast paced environment, you can excel and make a lot of money very quickly!
