Young team, decent culture, it was a fun group of smart young people

One of the worst commission structures of any agency I've seen, they actually cut their payouts 2 years in a row. Management is still in high school, or they act like it, whether you have a job is very much based on favoritism. And you will definitely be threatened daily with losing your job if you don't close more deals, just another 'perk' of the job I guess. They also don't care that they're a churn n burn company, they just look to add more people to replace the 45% of their sales force that quits on a monthly bases (yea you read that right, almost 50% attrition. MONTHLY). Imagine seeing a whole new office every month, that's Mondo.
