Pros

They changed their name from Bluewolf since Bluewolf got such a bad reputation among their clients that they couldn't function anymore... so that's a plus... new branding. It's a job... that pays... not well in comparison to other agencies but it pays.

Cons

They will tell you that "the only people who comment on glassdoor are the ones that didn't like the company or didn't do well". That's not the case here, in fact I was probably a favorite among my Manager and colleagues and did very well in my time there. However, I feel obligated to post since the previous posts are so obviously crafted by upper management and fake. It's actually taken me a couple of edits to get this post up and running on the site again since Mondo keeps flagging it to get it taken down. The big con from the start: The internal recruiter will promise you the world. He will tell you that you will make up the majority of your compensation in commission. FALSE As a sales person you will make $40k base and 4% commission. Lower than the standard agency commission of 7%. This is even less for recruiters. He will tell you that turnover is low and that our senior employee has been here for 3 years. FALSE. Turnover is HIGH especially among MANAGEMENT which you know is a baaaaad thing. In the last 12 months one office probably turned over 20+ employees and two managers. This is just an agency guys. They will try and entice you with booze and tell you that they have fun. It's at your own expense. You will be expected to put in 12 hour days, forget holidays; if you aren't working than you better be watching your back, and personal life/family? Mondo needs to be your personal life. They will tell you this to your face once you are working for them. Management is highly discriminatory, they berate you every day with obscene and offensive language. I've seen them comment on coworkers clothing, or attitudes, or hair styles...(even when they looked or acted fine). The idea here it to break your spirit... they want even their top performers to feel like they are worthless so that they don't look for other jobs. Last but not least, they are not a moral company. They lie, cheat, and even call fake deals. The amount of times they made offers to candidates to "keep them off the market" when the offer didn't really exist...sigh.. this happened so often that they even have a name for it, "The [Insert Name] Special" named after a higher up who made it common place. These people quit their jobs because they're told they have one lined up... well it's fake. They have a fascist/authoritarian management style where you can expect the best reqs to be taken by the person that is trusted with the responsibility to pass them out. So if you're a new recruiter... forget about making money... he's a shark. Not to mention, higher management think they are better than the world. They will visit, come and sit in a back room and actively try not to manage at all. If you are looking for a short term agency gig... go for it. If you are looking for a career path, this is not a place to do it. Mondo is a joke to most other agencies. If you can stay away from staffing as a whole... that's your best choice. As some advice to anyone who currently works at Mondo or still accepts an offer here... Always respond to management emails with "AWESOME" or "EPIC" or "SLAUGHTER IT" or "KILLING IT" or "SHAKE AND BAKE"... for some astounding reason, this works; they will assume you are working... and leave you alone as they bully another employee.

Pros

- Great communication - Helped me prep for the interview with the client company - Full benefits after 3 months of employment - Good pay paid out weekly

Cons

- Separate service/website for healthcare benefits, separate service for HR, separate service for entering hours. Annoying to navigate between all of them, but not a big deal. I just miss using Rippling which has all of that in one, which the last company I worked for used.
