Pros
I met a few wonderful people during my time here that remain good friends. Otherwise, most un-stimulating and boring position I have ever held.
Cons
This company will never make you feel valued. It's unreal the amount of hardworking talent that I saw walk through those doors and how they were treated in return for their efforts. No room to grow at all. The job gets to be so boring and so unchallenging that you will feel like you are killing brain cells by the second. The pay is awful, they change the commission structure every year so you are cheated more and more as you devote time to the company. What's worse is the accounting department is a mess, almost every single paycheck for sales, recruiters and contractors were wrong. I saw dozens of people get fired before receiving their hard-earned bonus. No severance for anyone, even employees that devoted 3+ years to this company. You don't get lunch breaks. They have an "unlimited vacation policy" but then guilt you for when asking for time off. The "in office manicures" and "yearly massages" rarely happen. Management cusses at interviewees/potential contractors which results in losing deals that you worked hours to get commission for.
