Pros

Remote, and other employees will feel the same pain.

Cons

Worked for the Boston location for under a year. Working for Mondo is a big mistake anyone can make in their life. They scam their customers, and recruits they bring on for their clients. For example: mondo will charge client $150hr for a data engineer, but actually pay the recruit $60 an hour. Extremely toxic work culture…it can be a soul-sucking experience. The constant negativity, gossip, and backstabbing can make it difficult to feel motivated and engaged in your work. In addition, having a CEO with an ego bigger than the Empire State Building can make it feel like you're working for a company that is more interested in promoting the image of the top brass than in actually delivering results. This can lead to a lack of focus on important goals, which can ultimately harm the company and its employees. Overall, working for a company with these issues can be a demoralizing and frustrating experience that may not be worth the effort. Avoid at all costs!!

Pros

meritocracy uncapped commission culture of growth competitive & collaborative environment work life integration

Cons

the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
