I question these positive glowing reviews - Account Director Mondo Employee Review

For a company that claims to be around for so many years, I find it confusing how there was no standard training or orientation for new employees across the board. Seems a bit off, wouldnt it? Coming here right out of college was the worst idea ever. No support. No training. Bogus unrealistic goals. They have VIPs moaning at each other constantly. The office reminded me of a sorority house that should be banned for unprofessional-ism. And another thing... I wonder about these 'Amazing' Reviews. They appear to be... 'Fake' as they come across in the same tone. I wouldn't trust the 'Amazing' reviews. I wouldn't recommend coming here to work. From day one, I did not notice a clear strategy. You pretty much get hired, and sit in your seat and bang out on the phones or crawl through your linkedin networks hoping to catch new talent and business. Oh, and its expected that you do this. Did I mention how they won't even put up pennies to pay for premium linkedin accounts, yet they expect you to use linkedin like its your only hope. Your expected to work from 8am to 6pm, like a slave to your phone and email. They will provide booze, but how efficient is that when you have deadlines and unrealistic goals with no predefined strategy from upper management? This place lacks professionalism and a core strategy. They claim to want to be the next big thing yet they follow in the footsteps of other major staffing companies. Mondo regurgitates marketing content that appears to be similar to their competitors. I would question the authority of these salary guides, as I am sure they may be a spin-off from Roberthalf.
