Long Hours - 40 hour weeks with working from home on the weekends. Sometimes you are paid for the weekend hours, but usually not. Low Compensation - Manager of Member Services made substantially less than $30,000 a year. Poor client service model execution - All authority to assist clients and retain them fell into the hands of senior management. Standard customer service representatives act as a buffer with no power to resolve real issues for clients. Employee Compartmentalization - One employee was not privy to the efforts of another, causing duplication of effort and loss of resources/time repeatedly.
