Everything. The CEO, Ralph, will find ways to not pay you. He owes me $2k. When I was moving states around THE HOLIDAYS he was angry that I needed to take time off, and as I result, I worked on Christmas and other days because I was afraid of being fired. He only buys lists from companies like exact data so you are cold emailing constantly. There's no room for implementing REAL marketing strategies because his idea of marketing is just exhausting his leads until they complain. I also know he doesn't refund his customers sometimes, so just overall- not a good company or CEO.
