Pros
Perfect combination of being sales forward and product forward company. MongoDB invests heavily (and wisely) into both. Highly accountable sales organization selling the best database technology in the market. Smart people at all levels. Feels like a once in a career opportunity and that my time here will be career defining
Cons
More internal politics as we get bigger. Very demanding, but you have to be to win in the market we're going after. Can be stressful, but it's worth it :)
