Pros
Absolutely great team to work with: developers, designers, QAs, TWs, products, sales etc very helpful and thoughtful. There are a lot of great professionals who can help you to learn and adapt quickly. Very strong culture and all people match it 100%.
Cons
Management is pretty chaotic and it's hard to find common ground even on their level. So when management comes directly to teams in most cases it's more of a disruption rather than help and clear guidance. Also company tends to value new people from outside instead of working on growth and new opportunities for existing workers.
