Pros

Current momentum is great relative to both product/technology and culture. Its been a year of tremendous change and renewed focus on the company's mission The market for our products is ripe and demand it trending no where but up The America's business is growing increasingly more dependent from the legacy UK based business; no criticism of the latter, but culturally, we want to be more nimble, agile and start up like

Cons

We work hard; still a lot of ground to cover to achieve our strategic objectives - so in that regard not everyone out there may be able to keep pace. May not see the entire benefit of our efforts for another 6 - 12 months, but it will be rewarding. Company needs a more prominent brand in the talent market (lots of initiatives under way to accomplish this)

Pros

We have a strong roadmap to future proof our company. We are looking to partner with various technical giants this year and next which will support our vision. Great people, lots of talent

Cons

Need to publicly communicate our vision so that our shareholders are well informed and excited about our future.

Pros

Very good vacation policy. 6 hours accrued per pay period starting day one plus about 12-13 company paid holidays a year. Nice office in San Francisco. Free snacks. Good IT department. Very smart and hard working coworkers. Decent pay.

Cons

Company seems to have fallen as quickly as it was growing initially. Major disconnect between management and staff. The lack of news from management regarding the direction of the company created an environment of uncertainty. With the large number of layoffs, the company started experiencing a large number of voluntary departures as remaining employees found other opportunities. There was a major disconnect between the UK and the US offices. Cultural and management styles were vastly different making it hard for teams to get things done with different objectives and constantly changing priorities.
