Pros

Pay is high. The organisation means well and generally tries to treat employees well. People are generally nice.

Cons

Paying on a different scale to comparable organistions means many people go into roles that are "too small" for them and end up feeling de-skilled. The Pricing team is set up by legislation to fail (Monitor does not have independence over its pricing decisions). Senior management is not content with "just being a regulator" - which is what the NHS badly needs. Rather, senior managers are desperate to "save the NHS", which leads to poor decision-making and uncomfortable compromises.

Pros

This is a great place with some really great people. The customers are great and the place is always fresh and clean

Cons

I really don't have anything that I would say is bad. The people are good and there aren't any real problems or issues.

The people are great, the culture is very positive and many opportunities to keep learning throughout your time with the company. Great place to work

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult sometimes, environment can be intense depending on specifics of project and everything.
