Great colleagues in a company with a great business model. Growing, but striving to stand out. Freedom to run your own initiatives, as long as you get buy-in and it makes sense.
Cons
People management culture was quite weak, with no set standards and an inability to give or receive feedback. Also a lack of process and documentation, making it harder to scale.
