Pros
A utopian office (which will quickly represent your personal dystopia). Oh and the odd bit of free food (to keep you bound to the office).
Cons
Everything else - no work-life balance, no trust in the employees, no flexibility to divert from the 'regime'. All staff live in constant stress and fear that they could feel the wrath of the management. Some of the management are verging on the sociopathic. Any faith in your basic instincts (fairness, right and wrong, transparency) is eroded as your personal and professional confidence is stripped away. That the organisation purports to represent 'Quality Of Life' is completely laughable. The underpaid, overworked, stressed employees experience the very thinnest sheen of a good life in the working environment, which dulls immediately as they are shamed and bullied into submission. Do not work here.
