Pros
Friendly atmosphere. Seems everyone gets along. Hours are ok, considering you have weekends off.
Cons
They expect you to travel too much. Pay is absolutley horrible. When training needs to be conducted, thjere is no one there to do the training. Management is always taking trips and having days off.
